WoodSpring Suites Reno Sparks

The place is kinda meh. RENT A CAR!! There is nothing around this place but a Wendy’s and a McDonald’s. The 5 stars are strictly for Janae who works the desk on the evening shift. She. Is. Helpful. If there is something she can do for you, it’s done. If not she can explain it in a way that keeps you in a good mood. I will not say that for the gentleman who works the day shift. Janae is the bright spot here. No 2 ways about it.

My sister is staying not me but so far she has had a good experience.. They upgraded her room. The staff isn't always at the front desk but is available by phone. I believe management lives in the building. Super easy access to the freeway I-80. Works as transitional housing or if you are an out of town worker. Clean, don't tolerate noise, drugs or mischief. Mid range prices.

Great extended place to stay. The only issue was unaware that our kitchenette didn't have dishes or pots and pans. No coffee pot. You had to purchase it. Not a good idea for those traveling. Great room and location.

I've been staying at WoodSpring Suites in Sparks, Nevada, for years, during the air races and it continues to be my top choice for accommodation. The hotel consistently provides a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced experience that is hard to beat. I will note I have always slept with ear plugs and eye mask so I do recommend that for light sleeprs. One of the standout features of this hotel is its exceptional employees. Special mentions go to Dizzy and Jeanette, who always go above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant stay. Their friendly demeanor makes all the difference, and they truly make you feel at home. WoodSpring Suites is particularly geared towards people with longer stays, often working in the area. Despite the hardworking nature of the guests, everyone I've encountered has been friendly and considerate, contributing to a welcoming environment. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained place at an unbeatable price, then this is your place

Hubby stayed here because of work and I stayed with him a few days and left. Location was perfect for commute to work. There was a hiccup but it was taken care of right away. They handled my mail and deliveries perfectly. Room was comfortable. Front desk ladies were always pleasant and took care of things promptly. Very helpful too. Safety is a high priority here. No one is allowed to enter without their key. If anyone tried to enter without a key, they were kicked out. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The suites are nice and clean. With clean sheets and towels weekly. Prices are kinda high. Staff is professional. Location is easy to get to , right off Interstate 80, going west out of Sparks. Close to shopping center, gas stations and fast food.

Room is clean, and service is awesome. While we were staying here, Dizzy took care of us. She has been very helpful for printing and taking care of linen while we stayed here for 10 days. Time to time you may here some noise from top or next door, but with this price and its location you can't beat this.

One thing to remember, this place is more like an apartment then a hotel, and a someone who travels for work. This felt more homelike then a hotel. Good size fridges, medium size microwaves, nice kitchenette. Can you go get clean towels, linens, and soaps. Sure. Good size laundry onsite as well, works great with the app. Great place to stay longer then a day or two.
